At times, a licensed agent finds he or she does not have the time to devote to making a living in the real estate business but yet, wants to maintain an active real estate license.

In order to maintain an active license, the agent must be associated with a real estate company who will hold their license. In doing so, the agent must assume the expense of monthly and yearly fees.

Dauphin Realty saw a need in the industry to incorporate a separate Referral Company in which an agent could place their license but yet avoid, all of the monthly and most of the yearly fees.

These agents, referred to as "Referral Counselors", are able to refer business to active agents and receive referral fees through Dauphin Realty's Referral Company.

Referral Counselors are encouraged to stay in contact with the clients they refer and the active agent they are assigned to although the active agent directly works with the client.
