but can be rented for a longer period of time..
Home is completely furnished. Split bedroom plan. Master bedroom is located
off the living room, and has a large spacious bath and wonderful walk-in closet.
There are 2 bedrooms on the other side of the dining area. One is nicely
decorated and features twin beds. The other bedroom has been made into
a den, and has a t.v. and a computer for your use.
All floors are scored designed concrete, with tasteful rugs placed in each room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and double doored refrigerator has Ice and Water
dispenser on the outside.
There is a precious private patio in the back with an iron gate. very nice
sitting area! You can enter the double garage through the patio, or through
the spacious laundry room with a built-in ironing center.
This great home is located within walking distance of grocery stores,
restaurants, and various other stores. Only 4-5 minutes from
downtown Fairhope!

to see! Gorgeous views of the Bay from almost every room.
Main House sleeps 10. Master bedroom is down. King sized bed. awesome
master bath with sunken tub. Small room with twin bed. Another room on the
Bay side with twin beds.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one king bed, l queen bed- Hollywood bath
is shared by both bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms is also a day bed.
Outside, there is a guest cottage - 1 bedroom with double bed, , l bath, and a glassed-in porch.
Circular drive, 2 car garage, great side deck with large jacuzzi/pool for your use.
Wonderful treed and well manicured yard, and a great pier with covered boathouse
and room for a picnic.
The gourmet kitchen is great also - has a high table in the kitchen which seats 4.
Also, there is a large dining table located on the glassed in porch for maximum
viewing of the Bay.
There is also a formal living room appointed very nicely. Half bath in the foyer.

| Great 4 bedroom Bay House located about 4 miles south of the Grand Hotel.
Features include 2 master suites, each with a private bath, 2 additional bedrooms
and a hall bath to accomodate these 2 bedrooms.
Great pier with 2 boat lifts (must have special permission to use), nice, shady yard
and a big patio/deck for outside dining or cooking.
The foyer also had a twin bed, so house can accomodate 9 persons. The foyer
also had a 'game table', or it could be used as an extra dining table. The
regular dining room table is large and is situated right by the kitchen. Large
kitchen with a pantry.
Living room features a view of the Bay, has 2 sofas, t.v. with dvd player. There is
also an additional t.v. in one of the master bedrooms.
Bed sizes: King in one of the Masters, queen in the other master, twin/bunk beds
in one bedroom, and another queen in the 4th bedroom.
there is a circular drive, and also a 2 car carport. There is an extra storage room

This wonderful Bay Front family home is situated on a gorgeous shady lot on Scenic Hwy 98, just a few miles from the Grand Hotel. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a half bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, huge screened in porch, nice grassy back yard. Pier extends over 200’ into the Bay, with a Boat House and Crab Deck.
The master bedroom (king bed) is located on the upper floor with a private bath. There is a great kid’s room* on the first floor, with 3 twin beds, and a double bed, & it’s own private bath. The 3rd bedroom (Queen Bed) is located on the ground floor. Comfortable floor plan, tastefully decorated with Bay living in mind. All floors are split brick and carpet.
*The kid's room also features their own t.v., and a "foosh-ball" game!
